Menopause is a turning point
“Menopause is not an ending; it is a turning point in life — a transition to be understood, honoured, and navigated with care.”
This six-session integrative programme offers a supportive space for women in perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause to explore the physical, emotional, and cognitive changes of this stage of life.
Whether you are experiencing hot flushes, sleep disruption, mood changes, shifts in identity, or changes in weight and metabolism associated with hormonal shifts, this course provides practical tools, techniques, and guidance to support your well-being.
These include somatic exercises to reconnect with your body, breathwork and guided relaxation to ease stress and support sleep, habit-based strategies for nutrition and movement, and hypnotherapy or coaching techniques to strengthen motivation, confidence, and emotional resilience.
Each session is tailored to meet you where you are, supporting you at a pace that feels safe, respectful, and empowering.
What is the menopause?
Menopause marks a significant shift in a woman’s life, occurring typically between the ages of 45 and 55, as the ovaries gradually reduce their hormone production, particularly oestrogen and progesterone, leading to the cessation of menstruation.
This natural biological process can manifest in various ways, including physical symptoms like hot flushes and night sweats, emotional fluctuations, and potential changes in metabolism and energy levels.
As the body adapts to these hormonal changes, many women may experience sleep disturbances, mood swings, and even shifts in self-identity, making this phase a profound journey of personal evolution.
Understanding and navigating these changes can empower women to embrace this new chapter with resilience and grace, and finding the right support during this transition can unlock a path to renewed confidence and well-being.
Session 1 – Understanding Your Experience & the Menopause Transition
This opening session provides a safe, supportive space to explore how menopause is currently affecting you — physically, emotionally, and psychologically.
Together, we look at symptoms, lifestyle factors, emotional wellbeing, and any changes in identity or confidence.
The session introduces menopause as a natural life-stage transition and gently explores how hormonal changes can influence energy, mood, weight, and metabolism.
Session 2 – Hypnotherapy for Healthy Habits & Body Awareness
This session focuses fully on hypnotherapy to support positive habit change around nutrition, appetite awareness, movement, and self-care.
Working at a subconscious level, the session helps reduce unhelpful patterns, increase body awareness, and gently support healthier, more sustainable choices — without pressure or self-criticism.
Session 3 – Hypnotherapy for Motivation, Consistency & Confidence
Building on the previous session, this hypnotherapy session reinforces motivation, self-discipline, and consistency.
The focus is on strengthening self-belief, supporting follow-through with lifestyle changes, and reconnecting with a sense of vitality and confidence in your body.
Somatic anchors may be introduced to support energy regulation and emotional resilience.
Session 4 – Choice-Led Integration & Personalised Support
This session is guided by your needs and preferences.
It may involve further hypnotherapy, coaching, counselling, or a blended approach.
Common areas of focus include:
- emotional wellbeing,
- body confidence,
- nutrition and movement support,
- stress management,
- identity shifts, or
- self-compassion.
The aim is to integrate the tools and insights gained so far in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable.
Sessions 5 & 6 – Ongoing Flexible Support Sessions
The final two sessions are flexible support sessions that can be used at any point following the initial work.
These sessions offer space for check-ins, reinforcing techniques, addressing new or unexpected symptoms, or simply talking things through.
They may include hypnotherapy, coaching, somatic practices, or supportive conversation, depending on what feels most helpful at the time.
These sessions recognise that menopause is not a linear experience and that support may be needed as symptoms, emotions, or life circumstances shift.
Cost & Commitment
The full six-session programme is offered at £480, which includes the two flexible support sessions.
This structure provides continuity of care, personalised support, and practical tools to help you navigate menopause with greater confidence, balance, and ease.
The programme is designed to be supportive, flexible, and paced to your individual needs, recognising the complex emotional, physical, and hormonal changes that can arise during this stage of life.
