Rebuilding energy, motivation and emotional connection
This structured 6-session therapeutic programme is designed for people experiencing low mood, loss of motivation, emotional numbness, fatigue, or a persistent sense of disconnection from life.
Depression can affect how you think, feel, and function day to day. It may involve reduced energy, difficulty finding motivation, negative thinking patterns, withdrawal from others, disrupted sleep, and a sense of heaviness or emotional flatness.
This programme combines applied psychology, behavioural activation principles, nervous system regulation, and hypnotherapy to support gradual reconnection with energy, meaning, and emotional balance.
Before You Begin: Initial Consultation (£30 | 60 minutes)
Your journey begins with a full Initial Consultation, giving you the space to explore your experiences of low mood safely and without judgement.
This consultation is designed to help you feel understood, safe, and supported, while allowing us to build a clear map of your current emotional and behavioural patterns.
During your consultation we will:
- Explore your mood, energy levels, and daily functioning
- Understand key symptoms (low motivation, fatigue, withdrawal, negative thinking patterns)
- Identify contributing factors (stress, loss, life changes, emotional overload, past experiences)
- Establish your baseline using the PHQ-9 Depression Questionnaire
- Set goals and explore whether ongoing support feels right for you
This consultation provides the foundation for a fully personalised plan moving forward.
