According to a scientific survey carried out by the “New Scientist” magazine in 1992, (www.newscientist.com/article/mg13618450.700-how-one-in-five-have-given-up-smoking.html) Hypnosis is the most effective way of stopping when compared to the other common techniques (cold turkey, nicotine replacement therapy, zyban etc.)
Statistics even suggest that the NHS stop smoking clinic only achieve a success rate of less then 50% which is not very encouraging!

Applied Psychology to Stop Smoking
Following many years helping people to stop smoking using an advanced combination of Hypnosis AND Applied Psychology, Rob Kelly has now fine-tuned the technique based on his best-selling Thrive Programme.
The technique is a 1 to 3 session process designed to help you totally change your mind-set about smoking and how to stop, and is 100% backed-up by scientific research.
